By registering or using any part of the fx30 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use fx30's services. Our platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only. fx30 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between the user and fx30. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms signifies your acceptance of those changes.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register only one account on fx30. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior warning.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. fx30 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated. Users are also required to update their personal details should any changes occur.
Fx30 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and platform security purposes.
User Responsibilities & Rules
Fx30 users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
The use of automated software, bots, or any technical tools to exploit the fx30 system is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's infrastructure is a serious violation that will result in legal action.
- Users may not share their account with any other person.
- Users may not access another person's account without authorisation.
- Users must comply with all applicable game rules as set out by the platform.
- Users must not engage in any form of collusion or cheating in games.
Fx30 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including temporary or permanent account suspension.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the fx30 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are compliant with Malaysian law.
Deposits must be made using payment methods approved by fx30 only. fx30 does not accept third-party payments on behalf of users. Any attempt to deposit funds through unapproved channels may result in account suspension.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may take between one to five business days depending on the chosen method. fx30 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of an investigation should any suspicious activity be detected.
Any transaction fees or bank charges incurred are solely the responsibility of the user. fx30 does not bear any transfer costs imposed by third-party financial institutions.
Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
Fx30 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including financial losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
Fx30 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account for the following reasons without providing detailed justification:
- Breach of any provision under these terms and conditions.
- Suspected fraud or misuse of the platform.
- Failure to submit requested identity verification documents.
- Activities that violate applicable local or international laws.
If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, fx30 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining credit balance or unclaimed winnings. Users whose accounts have been terminated may not register a new account without prior written consent from fx30.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the fx30 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of fx30 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written permission.
The fx30 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. fx30 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to external websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Fx30 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. All disputes arising from the use of the fx30 platform are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
